Great to meet you!

As a marriage and family therapist, I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and deeply understood. I also belief that therapy is most effective when we can meet each other as human beings with compassion, curiosity, and honesty.

I specialize in working with adults (ages 18–65) navigating anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges that arise after a difficult experience like trauma.

Whether you are wrestling with negative thought patterns, struggling with emotional overwhelm, or untangling from beliefs that no longer serve you, I provide a supportive space where you can process, heal, and grow at your own pace.

Healing is not always linear, but with the right tools and a safe relationship, meaningful change is possible. I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a blend therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brain spotting with a deep respect for the mind-body connection. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and practical.

My goal is to help you move from burnout and emotional disconnection to grounded clarity and meaningful connection with yourself and others.

I believe therapy should feel both grounding and empowering, a place where you can exhale, feel safe, and begin to reconnect with your inner resilience. In our work together, I focus on helping you slow down, tune in, and make meaningful changes in your life. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where we can explore the deeper patterns behind your stress, or the pain your experiencing.

Together, we’ll tap into practical tools and deeper insights that support real, lasting change. I also bring a holistic lens to therapy. As someone who values movement, nutrition, spiritual growth, and nervous system support, I understand how healing happens across the whole self, not just in the mind.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and practical space where there will be no pressure to perform, just room to breathe, and be real. In our work together, we’ll move slowly and gently. You'll set the pace, and decide what feels safe to share. I’ll help you start to reconnect with your emotions not by “fixing” anything, but by noticing what’s there and honoring it.

Instead of feeling overwhelmed or confused by your emotions, you’ll start to see them as signals guiding you toward what you need, and what’s been missing. We can use a feelings chart to put words to what you’ve been carrying silently for years. Sometimes, just naming it is the first powerful step toward healing.

You’ll learn to set boundaries that reflect your worth, not out of fear or frustration, but from a grounded place of self-respect. You’ll practice speaking up, not just to others, but to yourself with compassion and clarity. And in our conversations, when I gently ask things like “Can you tell me more?” or “What does that look like for you?” I can help you start to uncover the deeper layers of your experience. Little by little, you start to feel different, more present, more like you.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals struggling with depression, and anxiety. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, and learn new ways of thinking and behaving. For clients navigating trauma, I use Brain Spotting, a gentle yet powerful method that might be beneficial if clients have experienced trauma, find it difficult to verbalize experiences, or feel "stuck" despite other therapies.
