My approach to therapy is person-centered, eclectic and strength based. I firmly believe that people possess the tools, skills and power to address their issues. After each session, clients can expect to leave having identified a personal attribute, strength, skill, quality they could use towards achieving goals and wellness. Clients could also expect to leave session with an increase sense of self-awareness and empowerment.
