Great to meet you!

Do you live in your head more than in the moment? Do you want to have control over your thoughts and emotions? I guide individuals to identify negative thought patterns, learn to cope with emotions instead of fear them and learn to love themselves and life again. Many of my clients are young adults, POC, professionals and those coming to therapy for the first time. Clients can expect to feel more mentally clear, emotionally grounded, and in control by the first few sessions.

My approach to therapy

You overthink everything — texts, decisions, your relationships, even your future. You’re not broken or “too sensitive” Rest assured, you're not alone in this. Your thoughts DO NOT define your worth. You can CHANGE your mindset and how you feel. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you change the way you think about your self and then we take small steps in changing your behaviors, doing and saying the things you have always wanted too.

What you can expect from me

In my sessions, I'm not just a listener – I'm an educator, equipping you with a deeper understanding of your symptoms and empowering you to take charge of your thoughts and emotions.

You will learn coping skills that make sense to you so you can rest well, go to work, and be the partner and parent you want to be.

Taking that first step towards help may be intimidating, but on the other side of fear lies joy and peace. Don't hesitate – take the leap and book a session or consultation today.
