Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed or burnt out due to work, school, relationships, life stages, or trauma? If yes, thank you for your courage, and prioritizing yourself in this first step of self care. We cannot be fully present for others if we do not love, accept or show up for ourselves. Stress, pain, and navigating challenges are a part of life we cannot avoid. As a Filipino-American therapist, raised in the Bay Area, I hear you and I am with you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I intend to provide a welcoming, comfortable, and safe space for you to share your story. Together we will closely process your thoughts and feelings, explore new coping skills, and work together to improve your quality of life. In our sessions, I use evidence based approaches and interventions including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Self Compassion, and Mindfulness.I encourage discussions about our therapeutic relationship and goals to ensure your needs are met.

What you can expect from our first session

Mental health is important. You are important. I value getting to know you with empathy, compassion, and a dash of humor when appropriate because connection is essential in therapy. I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation through this website with a direct booking option. I invite you to ask a lot of questions and determine if I am a good fit for you. Let's start this next chapter together and help you develop resilience in this journey. I look forward to see where this connection can go.
