I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and 11 years of mental health experience across a variety of settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with patients across the lifespan from diverse backgrounds and gender identities. My clinical experience includes treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, autism, OCD, and behavioral developmental disorders.

In my practice, I offer both medication management and psychotherapy, blending traditional and alternative methods. I utilize a holistic, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed approach to care, tailoring treatments to fit your unique lifestyle, beliefs, and goals for a better quality of life.
