Mariah Collier

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I love what I do. I want to hear your stories and I want to help you navigate them. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, infertility, and parenting struggles. I have worked in residential treatment, at a psychiatric hospital, as a group therapist, and in private practice. Helping people has always been the driving force behind my decisions and I have never regretted it.

In a judgment-free environment, I assist clients with understanding their struggles and with finding their way forward. My approach is Humanistic and closely aligned with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will meet clients where they are and focus on utilizing their strengths and potential for growth.

Clients can expect to be met with warmth and understanding in an environment with zero judgement. They can expect to gain insight into their struggles, learn tools to cope with their struggles, and feel heard.
