My approach to therapy

My counseling approach integrates Christian faith with client-centered and Adlerian principles to support holistic healing. I believe in each person's God-given worth and capacity for growth, and I offer a safe, empathetic space where clients are free to explore their story, struggles, and strengths. Grounded in biblical hope, I incorporate spiritual reflection as desired, while drawing from Adlerian insights to understand patterns, encourage responsibility, and foster meaningful change. Through genuine relationship and practical guidance, we help clients move toward healing, connection, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, respectful environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Guided by biblical hope and psychological insight, I help clients explore their story, build self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns in relationships and daily life. Common goals include increasing emotional resilience, deepening spiritual connection, improving communication, and fostering a strong sense of identity and purpose. Through encouragement, empathy, and practical tools, we walk alongside clients as they move toward greater wholeness and joy.
