Great to meet you!

I am a dually licensed LCSW and LCADC with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotion regulation difficulties. I have experience across various disciplines of mental health, such as severe and persistent mental illness, and addiction support and recovery. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical, with a focus on helping clients build insight while also developing real life coping skills they can use outside of session.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused techniques, depending on each client’s needs. I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual, so I meet clients where they are and adjust treatment to what feels most helpful and sustainable for them

What you can expect from me

I aim to offer a therapeutic experience that is supportive, grounded, and free of judgment, the kind of space I would value as a client myself. Therapy with me can include moments of reflection, insight, humor, emotional breakthroughs, and, when helpful, gentle accountability. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively to support the changes you want to make in your life.
