Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Mariah (she/her) a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who deeply understands how intimidating it can be to make the first step toward a desire to change our routine to feel lighter in our daily lives. I've worked my entire career in substance use, anger regulation, LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling, and family work.

My approach to therapy

I am dedicated to creating open, comfortable environments where growth feels possible and all individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered to change the path of their lives in their desired direction.

What you can expect from me

The goal of sessions is to help my client's have full control. Session pace is set collaboratively and we work together to set the road map toward where you want to get. You are in control of the car, I just help guide you to the places you go. I am very laid back, enjoy a bit of humor mixed in, can be direct when necessary, and supportive as much as needed.
