I am aware of how cultural identity shapes my role as a clinician, and am a LBTQIA+ practitioner.

My treatment approach is person-centered, and rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed care that focuses on how your life experiences have shaped your relationships with yourself and those around you. I am trained in EMDR, a trauma-centered therapy model designed to help you change how you store memories. I also utilize both body- and mind-centered coping techniques, which have been a crucial part of my practice and my clients’ success and progress.

My main goals for my clients include getting to a place where past experiences don’t rule the present, and coming to understand both the sources of and effective ways to manage symptoms and behaviors.
