Great to meet you!

Welcome! I love building relationships with others, and have a passion for working with parents (or soon to be parents) and young children. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist. I love helping parents/foster parents/caregivers find more joy in parenting and more calm within themselves. I love connecting with children and helping them learn how to calm and regulate. I look forward to getting to know you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I build a relationship with each person and tailor therapy to what they want and need. I have worked with a variety of populations, but specialize in working with perinatal mothers and families with young children as well as children of all ages. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, tough behaviors and the overall stresses of life and/or parenting. I have training in play therapy, attachment, trauma, mind-body connections, nature therapy, somatic/movement and cognitive behavioral therapies.

What you can expect from our first session

I will learn about you and what you hope to gain from therapy as we build a relationship and go on this journey together. I want each person to walk away with new ideas, insights, and the ability to find joy and calm throughout their days.
