As a Black woman and a therapist, I understand the power of being truly seen and heard especially in a world that too often overlooks the voices of marginalized communities. My approach to therapy is integrative and client centered, meaning I draw from various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, and Strength-based approaches.
