Great to meet you!

I offer a healing space that centers the lived experiences of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and relationships navigating complex dynamics. I know that identity, culture, and community shape our mental health journeys-and I honor that in my work. Whether you're carrying generational wounds, facing relationship challenges, questioning your sense of self, or simply trying to find peace in a chaotic world, I walk alongside you with compassion and care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and client centered, meaning I draw from various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, and Strength-based approaches. I believe in building a collaborative relationship where your voice guides the process and our work reflects your goals, values, and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy, discuss your current concerns and goals, and begin building a connection at a pace that feels right for you.
