Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating big transitions, anxiety, relationships, or trying to figure out who you are and where you're headed.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I strive to create an environment where you can be your authentic self while feeling supported and challenged to grow at your own pace. Together, we'll celebrate your progress, work through obstacles, and build practical tools that help you feel more confident both in and outside of therapy.

I believe meaningful change happens one step at a time. You don't have to be perfect to make progress—you just have to be willing to start.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy that is tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, gain insight, and build practical skills for lasting change.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthier coping strategies. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or self-esteem concerns, we'll work together to identify meaningful goals and create a path toward growth.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that progress matters more than perfection. Therapy isn't about having all the answers—it's about taking intentional steps toward becoming the version of yourself you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll spend time discussing what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also ask questions about your background, relationships, and experiences to better understand the whole picture—not just the problem that brought you in.

This is also your opportunity to ask questions, share any concerns, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and discuss a plan for moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before your first session. Just come as you are—we'll take the first step together.
