Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Mariah! I'm so glad you're here. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I've been working with clients since 2023 and absolutely love my job and my role as a support to my clients. I firmly believe in the power of therapy and have seen how the therapeutic relationship can heal people, including myself. I enjoy working with women who might be struggling with anxiety, relationship and family challenges, new transitions in life, chronic stress, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

I draw upon person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), relational therapy, and strengths-based and solution-focused approaches to lead my clients where they want to be. I believe in the power of examining our own thoughts, behaviors, childhood experiences, and relationships to better understand ourselves. I believe in encouraging and empowering my clients to make change in their lives and accept themselves for exactly who they are.

What you can expect from me

As a counselor, I believe that my clients already have the strength inside of them to conquer life's challenges and I am passionate about igniting that strength and providing a comfortable environment for my clients to share their struggles and success stories. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to be exactly who you are and cheer you on along the way!
