In our first session will be focused on you, and focusing on getting to know you. Your first session will be a space for you to feel heard, supported and understood without pressure or judgement. We'll talk though whats been weighing on you, explore your experiences, and start identifying what shifting and healing. Helping you not only processes challenges but also builds clarity, confidence and emotional strength. Together we will start building your path that aligns with your needs.
