Great to meet you!

I am a proud native of Colorado; born and raised. In 2019, I graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and in 2022, I graduated from Adams State University with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I'm very open-minded, empathetic, caring, warm, humorous, and creative. I like to call myself a non-traditional therapist as I utilize a lot of creativity within my sessions.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, including individuals who are new to therapy. My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory. I focus on helping clients understand their nervous system, build safety, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

What you can expect from me

You may look like you're functioning on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, shut down, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to change. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you've tried to before, you don't have to figure this out alone. I offer therapy that is clear, compassionate, and focused on real change -- without being cold, rushed, or overwhelming.
