Great to meet you!

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UF and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NSU. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages in individual and family therapy settings. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, ADHD, anger management, and improving communication skills. My goal is to help clients feel supported and confident as they navigate challenges and make progress toward their personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), focusing on how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. I integrate techniques from various evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring therapy is flexible and personalized. I am committed to fostering a safe and collaborative environment where clients can gain insight, practice new skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away practical tools and strategies to navigate challenges, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. My sessions focus on fostering self-awareness and empowering clients to set and achieve their goals. Together, we work on developing healthier thought patterns, coping skills, and strategies tailored to their unique needs, so they leave each session feeling supported, understood, and confident in their ability to make meaningful progress.
