Great to meet you!

I firmly believe that we hold the tools and answers we need to be our best selves. I will not only be asking how you are from week to week, I will be helping to make connections between seemingly unrelated things, and helping you get closer and closer to your therapy goals.

My approach to therapy

I am grounded in attachment-based theory -- I will ask you: "How do your initial attachments with caregivers impacts how you show up for yourself and others today?"

I look forward to working collaboratively with someone to understand themselves, goals, triggers, accomplishments, and what is missing from their life to make it more fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

From the first session, you can expect attentive listening, a bit of humor, and genuine care.
