Great to meet you!

Life can start to feel like a performance, switching between versions of yourself just to get through the day. When you’re running on anxiety, burnout, or autopilot, it makes sense that you feel exhausted, disconnected, or like you’re losing parts of yourself along the way. You’re not the only one who feels this way, and you don’t have to keep doing it alone. I’m a neurodivergent, biracial, queer therapist with 7 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, burnout, identity questions, relationship stress, and big life transitions. I have worked extensively with BIPOC, neurodivergent, and LGBTQIA+ clients.

My approach to therapy

I’ve walked alongside people exploring who they are, grieving losses, managing anxiety and low mood, living with ADHD, rebuilding self‐esteem, coping with stress, and trying to make sense of the next chapter of their lives. I’m certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C‐DBT) and am an ADHD‐Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD‐CCSP).

What you can expect from me

Typically I meet with folks (located in the state of NV), weekly to start then shift to every 2 weeks. If you think it's a good fit and you're are able to meet consistently to work towards your well-being, let's chat (please book a free consultation via my calendar).

Once we get started during our first session we will get to know each other and discuss what you would like to get out of therapy. Folks often report feeling validated, relieved and more hopeful about the future more quickly than expected. We will set goals in your own words and collab on a treatment plan.
