Great to meet you!

Trauma, relationship issues, and a lifetime of being misunderstood can profoundly impact our emotional wellbeing and sense of self. As a board-certified therapist with 5+ years of experience, I help women build confidence; reduce self-harming behaviors; and heal their relationship with themselves. I use strengths-based approaches to help you leverage your unique qualities and reach your goals. I also use relational therapy to help you identify patterns, address attachment wounds, and safely practice trust, vulnerability, and boundaries.

My approach to therapy

As a bilingual therapist, I am especially passionate about providing culturally responsive care to immigrant and first-gen Latine clients. I want you to feel heard and understood in your language as you process your experiences with trauma, anxiety and depression. I am also committed to providing affirming care for neurodivergent women. To this end, please feel free to curse, stim, and do what you need to feel comfortable in session! I can also provide suggestions on how to adapt your sensory environment so you can relax, unmask and engage fully in session.

What you can expect from me

Finally, my work is grounded in the trauma-informed care principles of transparency, collaboration and empowerment. Building trust and safety takes time, so please know that therapy will go at your own pace. I want to be a support for you on your journey - and be your biggest cheerleader! If you are ready to build a life that feels worth living, please reach out today!
