Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide compassionate and evidence-based mental health care. My nursing background and graduate education have prepared me to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of conditions.

I work with clients who experience anxiety, depression, mood disorders, sleep problems, stress, and life transitions. I offer medication management, education, and practical support. My goal is to help you feel heard, informed, and hopeful about your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I take time to understand your symptoms, experiences, and goals. I also consider your physical health, lifestyle, and relationships.

When medication is appropriate, I explain each option clearly. We will discuss the possible benefits, risks, and side effects. You will take an active role in every decision. We will review your progress and adjust your treatment as needed.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will take place in a welcoming and nonjudgmental setting. You will have time to share your concerns and goals. We will review your symptoms, health history, medications, and daily life.

Together, we will identify your main needs. We will also set clear and realistic treatment goals. I will explain my recommendations and answer your questions. By the end of the session, you will have a clear plan for the next steps in your care.
