A bit about my approach to therapy

Together we will build a plan that will make it possible for you to feel the best that you can and be the person that you want to be. That can take the form of goal-directed therapy but it will be based on your individual needs.

What you can expect from our first session

We will identify obstacles/problems that stand in the way of your well-being and work to eliminate them. I will provide guidance, direction and support, and will always advocate for your needs and total privacy.
