I work with the ones who give so much they've forgotten themselves: the woman holding it all together, and the parent showing up for her child even when she's running on empty. I'm Mariana, a bilingual (English/Spanish) somatic therapist in Campbell, CA, with nearly 15 years of experience supporting women, girls, and families. I trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy at UCSF, and my own path through chronic illness led me to somatic, body-centered work. I work with women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout; with young children and their parents through Child-Parent Psychotherapy; and with girls individually. Ofrezco terapia en español.
Healing doesn't happen only in the head; it happens in how we relate to ourselves, in our bodies, and in our hearts. My work is somatic, depth-oriented, and relational, drawing on Child-Parent Psychotherapy, attachment theory, and Brainspotting. Whether you come for yourself, your child, or your family, the work is the same: building an honest, genuine relationship with yourself and the people you love most, so you can come home to yourself.
A warm, no-pressure space to share what's bringing you in, at your own pace. There's nothing to prepare, just come as you are. We'll begin to understand what you're carrying and what you're hoping for, and shape an approach that fits you or your family. My goal is that you leave feeling a little more seen and clear on what comes next.
