Great to meet you!

You may be used to carrying a lot on your own - showing up for others, while feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned. I'm here to support you in slowing down, better understanding yourself, and moving beyond awareness into a more embodied and authentic connection with yourself.

I support adults navigating:

  • Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and burnout
  • Relationship patterns and people-pleasing
  • Trauma recovery/processing and life transitions
  • Neurodivergence and sensitive nervous systems
  • First-generation and children of immigrant experiences
  • Identity exploration and reconnection to self

As a first-generation bilingual (Spanish/English) Latina therapist of Mexican heritage, I deeply value the ways culture, family experiences, and identity shape how we move through the world.

My approach to therapy

At the core of how I support clients is honoring and understanding the fullness of their unique experiences. I value safety, compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection in the therapeutic relationship.

My approach is warm, attuned, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I integrate trauma-informed, body-based, and nervous system-informed approaches to support deeper healing.

Together, we may explore how emotions, stress, patterns, and lived experiences show up emotionally, mentally, physically, and within your deeper inner experience. Our work is about building awareness and creating space for healing to be felt an experienced.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on creating a space of trust where you can show up as yourself. I'll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to work on in therapy.

You are welcome to ask questions about me and the therapeutic process as we begin building connection and comfort together.

There is no pressure to share more than feels right for you. We will move at a pace that feels supportive and grounded for you.
