I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2016 and my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology in 2018 both from Texas A&M International University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer a compassionate and client-centered approach, creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space. We'll navigate the process of self-discovery and help you develop the tools you need to thrive.
I use different evidenced based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also work with evidenced-based therapy of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
