Great to meet you!

Having worked in the mental health and substance use field for over 14 years, I’ve learned that healing often comes through many different paths. I believe that true well-being is a state of "contentment" with life as it is. When we reach this place of contentment, we find balance and a connection to our purpose. In my practice, I collaborate with you to identify key areas of well-being and uncover the obstacles that may be standing in your way of achieving your best self. Therapy is a partnership between us, where we work together towards your goals.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative healthcare approach that emphasizes the assessment of the individual as a whole, encompassing the body, mind, and spirit within the context of their community. This method involves a thorough evaluation of lifestyle and habits, allowing us to go beyond merely addressing symptoms. By focusing on the complete person, we can identify and work on both lifelong challenges and current difficulties you may be experiencing. This comprehensive strategy aims to foster better health outcomes and improve overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

I know that finding the right therapist is really important. That's why I offer a free phone consultation before scheduling our first session. This gives us a chance to see if we would work well together. I truly value your comfort and want to make sure you feel confident that I can provide the care and support you need for your mental health.
