Great to meet you!

Whether you're a parent watching your child struggle to focus and stay regulated, a teen trying to figure out who you are, or an adult carrying the weight of complicated relationships, you don't have to sort it out alone.

For over 10 years, I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, family conflict, LGBTQIA+ identity, and relationship challenges. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions in Florida.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. For younger clients, we often use play therapy, which helps children process and communicate what words can't yet reach. For teens and adults, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based tools to help you understand your patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build skills you can actually use between sessions. Whatever your age, the goal is the same: to help you feel more like yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask what's bringing you in, a bit of your history, and what you're hoping therapy can do for you. There's no pressure to share everything at once. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of what we want to work on together. Most clients tell me they leave that first appointment feeling lighter than when they walked in.
