Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys helping people better understand themselves, make sense of the experiences that have shaped them, and create meaningful, lasting change. I primarily work with women navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I have a special interest in women’s mental health, perinatal mental health, and trauma recovery. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or know something needs to change, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical skills, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from DBT, EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care based on your unique needs and goals. I often begin with DBT because it provides a strong foundation for understanding emotions, building effective coping skills, and creating change in everyday life. I also incorporate mindfulness to help you slow down, increase self-awareness, and respond more intentionally rather than reacting on autopilot. When appropriate, I integrate EMDR to help process distressing or traumatic experiences. My goal is to help you better understand what’s contributing to your challenges while building practical strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you beyond the reason you’re seeking therapy. I’ll ask a lot of questions because I want to understand the bigger picture, not just your symptoms. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, the experiences that have shaped you, and how things like sleep, relationships, stress, movement, nutrition, and your daily routines may be influencing your mental health. I believe meaningful change starts with understanding the whole person. Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a treatment plan that’s personalized, collaborative, and aligned with what matters most to you.
