I am Dr. Marianela Pena-Martinez, a bilingual Licensed Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I have extensive experience in treating individuals and families from various backgrounds, specializing in areas such as aging, life transitions, mood disorders, personality disorders, and posttraumatic stress disorders.

My integrative approach combines psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness-based strategies.
