Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with about four years of experience working in community mental health and intensive outpatient settings. I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Kennesaw State University and have experience supporting adolescents, young adults and adults through a variety of challenges.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions and the unique challenges that can come with navigating young adulthood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and focused on creating a safe space where you can feel understood and supported. Together, we'll work to better understand what you're experiencing, build on your strengths and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your history, current concerns and goals for treatment, while also beginning to build a trusting and comfortable therapeutic relationship. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood and supported from the very beginning. We'll work together to identify what you'd like to focus on and how I can best support you moving forward.
