As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I’m here to support your mental health in a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, or other mental health diagnoses, we’ll work together to find a plan that fits your needs and goals. My approach as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is calm, compassionate, and collaborative. I take time to listen, meet you where you are, and work with you to create a treatment plan that feels right. I believe in care that’s honest, supportive, and focused on what matters most to you.
I offer telehealth visits for individuals ages 10 to 90. You can expect a comfortable, judgment-free space where we’ll talk through your concerns. Our first session will focus on understanding your history, current symptoms, and goals. From there, we’ll work together on a personalized treatment plan, with a focus on safe and effective medication management. I’ll check in regularly to see how you're doing and adjust care as needed—all from the convenience and privacy of your own space.
