Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children, teens, and adults.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected, and I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized plan that supports your mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your initial appointment, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. This includes reviewing your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. We will discuss possible diagnoses (if applicable), explore treatment options—including therapy and/or medication—and develop a plan tailored to your needs. There will be time for you to ask questions and share what is most important to you.
