Great to meet you!

I'm a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who believes that navigating life's challenges is not something that anyone has to do alone. I've been practicing for 7 years, and focus on helping pre-teens, teens and adults navigate through anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues and other mental health struggles.

My approach to therapy

I am a strengths-based, client centered therapist who works with numerous therapy modalities in order to find the best fit for you. Just as each person is unique, my belief is that therapy should be the same, with each session being tailored to your individual needs. I take a collaborative approach to therapy because it is important that you have a voice. I'm here to listen, challenge and guide you through your struggles.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session where I learn your story, your goals for therapy and we determine if working together will be the best fit for you. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where trust can be built and you will feel safe sharing aspects of yourself as we work to meet your goals.
