Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients manage anxiety, improve relationships, and move through difficult life experiences with greater clarity and resilience. I use evidence-based practices along with a supportive and culturally attuned approach to help clients understand themselves better and feel more grounded. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients centers on a supportive, client-led approach that emphasizes emotional awareness, practical coping skills, and long-term resilience. I use evidence-based modalities in a trauma-informed and culturally attuned way, guiding clients through challenges such as anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and life adjustments. I focus on helping clients build clarity, develop healthier patterns, and increase self-confidence. Together, we explore current struggles, identify strengths, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you and what brought you in. I’ll ask gentle, open-ended questions to understand your background, current stressors, and what you're hoping to work toward. We’ll explore what support looks like for you, begin identifying your goals, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. My priority is to make you feel heard, understood, and safe as we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
