I am so glad you have taken this first step toward a healthier, happier version of you. I am a licensed therapist (LCSW) with a passion for serving others. I have over 10 years experience in working with adults and children. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I will be honored to take part in your journey toward a more adaptive and helpful way of coping with whatever the challenges you are facing and of course, to celebrate you on your successes.

My approach to therapy is one of unconditional positive regard, collaboration, and practicality. Everyone is different and experiences life’s challenges differently. I will tailor your care to your needs. I will listen, challenge you, and support through your process.

During our first session, you can expect a warm, safe, and welcoming space where you can share your story and your expectations of therapy. You will leave the session feeling heard and with a better understanding of what you are facing. In the sessions that follow, we will work to identify your goals as well as strategies you can use to get you to your goals. There will always be room for suggestions concerning our work together including keeping each other accountable.
