Mrs. Rivera has ample experience working with families, couples and children using the family system, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy models.

My approach to therapy

My approach is creating a therapeutic alliance through a person center e insight-oriented perspective to help clients identify their strengths to overcome weaknesses by using interventions of CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, psycho-education and motivational interviewing.
