Great to meet you!

As a first-generation college graduate with roots in Mexico, I deeply understand the unique challenges and resilience that come with navigating life as a first-gen student. Since 2015, I’ve been dedicated to providing therapy services, with a passion for supporting youth. My focus is on helping individuals address depression, anxiety, and trauma, exploring how these struggles impact daily living, relationships, self-identity, and personal performance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic (mind, body, spirit, heart) and I am warm, friendly, and deeply collaborative.

I believe in the power of knowledge and self-awareness, so I provide plenty of psychoeducation to help you better understand yourself and your experiences. Additionally, I often recommend books that I’ve found valuable, offering further tools to support your journey. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels meaningful and empowering for you.

What you can expect from our first session

I prioritize integrating your personal goals into our work together, tailoring sessions to meet your unique needs. Whether we start with the basics—like creating routines for self-care, improving sleep, or focusing on nutrition—or dive deeply into processing the most profound pains you carry, I aim to create a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. The goal is for you to feel safe in sessions and utilize the space to practice new techniques for your healing journey.
