Great to meet you!

For over seven years, I have provided direct clinical services and diagnostic evaluations to adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, phase of life issues and grief. I also work with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their relationships.

It is not always easy to reach out and ask for help with areas of our lives we feel we need support with. I appreciate you trusting me to be a part of your journey and together we can develop the skills needed to manage the issues and challenges you may be facing.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and adolescents and help them develop skills they need to manage challenges they may be facing. It is not always easy to reach out and ask for help with areas of our lives we feel we need support with. Sharing details of our personal lives can leave us feeling vulnerable. Together we can develop the skills needed to manage the issues and challenges you may be facing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, the client and I will engage in open-communication in order to identify their specific needs and challenges. I will then create a specific treatment plan that we can focus on in follow-up sessions. I will provide support and guidance in a safe environment free from judgement. This encourages a strong therapeutic relationship and will allow my clients to feel safe to share their strengths and vulnerabilities and empower them to find skills and solutions to move forward to a healthier life.
