Great to meet you!

If you're a high-achiever who's great at managing everyone else but struggling to manage your own stress, burnout, or sense of balance, you're exactly who I work with. I specialize in therapy for busy professionals navigating demanding careers, growing leadership responsibilities, and the life that doesn't stop when the workday ends. My own background in corporate leadership means I understand the pressures of people manager roles and fast-paced industries from the inside, not just from a textbook. I bring seven years of coaching and counseling experience to help you get clarity on what needs to change — and actually do something about it

My approach to therapy

Most of my clients want real change, not just a space to vent. I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which means we spend more time building toward where you want to be than analyzing how you got here. I weave in coaching techniques because my clients tend to be action-oriented: they want to leave sessions with something they can actually use. We work together to cut through the noise, identify what's getting in your way, and build a clear path forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an intake interview. We'll talk about what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what you actually want your life to look like. By the end, we'll have a shared sense of direction so we're not starting from scratch every time we meet. Come as you are.
