Great to meet you!

When grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, or the effects of past experiences begin weighing heavily on your daily life, it can feel exhausting trying to carry everything on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and PTSD. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, struggling to heal from painful experiences, or unsure how to move forward after a difficult season of life. Whether you're coping with loss, navigating relationship difficulties, processing trauma, managing stress, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you regain a sense of balance, strengthen your resilience, and create a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences with honesty, compassion, and support. My approach is collaborative, relationship centered, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Based Family Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma informed approaches to help clients process difficult experiences and create lasting change. Together, we may explore anxiety, PTSD, trauma responses, grief, relationship concerns, family challenges, stress management, emotional regulation, self esteem, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you better understand patterns that keep you stuck, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the confidence needed to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges, process difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful goals at a pace that feels right for you. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, greater self awareness, and increased resilience. Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, PTSD, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more grounded, hopeful, and equipped to handle life's challenges with confidence and strength.
