When grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, or the effects of past experiences begin weighing heavily on your daily life, it can feel exhausting trying to carry everything on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and PTSD. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or others, struggling to heal from painful experiences, or unsure how to move forward after a difficult season of life.
