Maricela Villanueva

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have a passion to serve people by helping them improve their emotional, spiritual, and relational wellbeing. For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege to work with individuals and couples dealing with marital issues, depression, and anxiety. My counseling experiences also include working with individuals and families that have been impacted by a humanitarian crisis.

I believe that biblical principles coupled with professional skills (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing) are key in helping you through your journey of reaching a healthier state of being. Difficult times are inevitable and are opportunities for personal growth in all aspects of your life.
