Great to meet you!

I have extensive experience working in various therapeutic environments, including residential, outpatient, and in-home therapy. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and diagnoses, including those with trauma and substance use. I utilize a psychodynamic, person-centered, and trauma informed approach to therapy. I incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness as appropriate.

My approach to therapy

My focus is to help clients overcome personal and interpersonal barriers. In my therapy I offer clients a safe, judgment free environment where they can understand their own thoughts and feelings, gain insight into themselves, and their relationships. And ultimately achieve personal growth, and improve their relationships.

What you can expect from me

It is when we know and accept ourselves as we are, that change and growth can happen.
