Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 8 years of experience working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and offer telehealth sessions to make support accessible and flexible.

I have experience working in a variety of clinical settings, which has allowed me to support clients with a wide range of emotional and life challenges. I tend to work well with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained, and who are looking to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting changes.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, supported, and understood, while also working toward practical solutions that improve your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

I focus on helping clients:

  • better understand their thoughts and emotions
  • develop effective coping strategies
  • build emotional regulation skills
  • create realistic and meaningful goals

I balance insight and reflection with practical tools, so that you not only understand what you are experiencing, but also have strategies to manage it in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. You can expect a conversation where you have space to share your concerns, experiences, and goals at your own pace.

We will also begin to identify what you would like to get out of therapy and discuss how we can work together to support those goals. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out—starting therapy is simply the first step.
