Great to meet you!

I grew up in a First responder family in Switzerland and have experienced how stressfully events impact individuals and families. Throughout my counseling career I have specialized in trauma-informed care to support individuals to process and find new perspectives through their past and current life events. I started my counseling career as a social worker in 2008 and have been a professional counselor since 2018. I have been EMDR trained since 2019 and am working towards my EMDR Certification.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I see life as a journey and at times we need someone to walk alongside us for support. We all face stressful life events, some of these events can have long-lasting impacts on our life and make it difficult to find back to our true self. Our experiences invade our life, mind and daily tasks seem challenging. My job as a counselor is to walk along side you on your journey and provide you with tools, different perspectives and empowerment to make your own choices towards a healthier you.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a safe and judgment free environment to re-process and integrate your experiences and meet you where you are at. I am here to walk alongside you and join your journey, while you are in the driver seat working towards a healthier you.
