Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Marie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and times when they feel overwhelmed or stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, with a focus on understanding the patterns beneath the surface while building tools that support meaningful change. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and comfortable moving at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I use a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens, drawing from cognitive behavioral, attachment-based, and family systems approaches. I balance practical tools with space to explore emotions, relationships, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will identify meaningful goals and adjust the process based on what feels most helpful to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. I will ask questions about your experiences, strengths, and current concerns while making space for you to share at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and discuss what support may be most helpful moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and clearer about the next steps.
