I manage on the philosophy that each person seeking help is a unique individual, including both clients and providers, helping them to identify the issues they believe they need to work on and finding ways to gain knowledge and skills accordingly. Am flexible in scheduling and processing modes.
I have extensive experience, being specialty trained in EMDR, Childhood Complex Trauma, Neurofeedback/biofeedback, and, have a gerontology certification I have incorporated many different therapeutic techniques based on the needs of each client, such as psychotherapy (talk therapy), CBT/DBT, and others. Also have used play & art therapy techniques. I try to educate clients regarding their assigned diagnoses.
Sessions will be virtual, scheduled according to the specific needs of a client.
