Great to meet you!

Hi there, my name is Marie and I approach therapy with an open heart and curious mind. I naturally bring a calm and grounding energy that can help you build emotional safety and growth. I believe every person deserves a space where they feel truly seen and accepted. To me, therapy is a place for you to explore, process, discover goals, and gain a deeper understanding of your life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Person-centered and Existential therapy. I focus on who you are as a whole person — not just your symptoms — and I help you explore what gives your life meaning, purpose, and direction. Sessions are collaborative and client-led; you set the pace, and I follow your lead.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll ask about what's brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of our time together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard — and a little clearer about what your next step might look like.
