Great to meet you!

Whether you’re navigating challenges in your emotions, relationships, stress, or daily life I believe that healing is a dynamic and collaborative process that begins the moment you decide to reach out.

My approach to therapy

Therapeutic relationship provides a safe space to slow down and breathe again. Together we can identify triggers, learn cognitive techniques, and mindfulness techniques, exploring roots and patterns of your sadness. I believe depression is a natural part of life, but healing is absolutely possible. I also believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I believe unhealthy learned behaviors can be unlearned and replaced them with healthy ones. I look forward to working with you.

What you can expect from me

Living with anxiety can feel like you’re constantly bracing for something that hasn’t happened. You may carry tension in your body or feel like your mind won’t slow down n matter how hard you try.

Or living with depression each day can feel heavy, slow, or colorless. Even simple tasks getting out of bed, can feel overwhelming. But your struggles don’t define you, and you don’t have to face this alone.
