Marie Goodine

I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. My goal is to provide a safe environment where you can explore and enhance your strengths and empower you to find strategies that support you through life’s challenges. There are times in our lives where we benefit from support and guidance around the challenges we face during our lifespan, whether it intrapersonal (within our own self) or interpersonal (with others).

The goal in therapy is to empower your inner resources so that you can live your authentic self. I encourage open communication and connection. I utilizes various modalities to fit each person and situation, including a strength-based approach, mindfulness, body/mind/spirit, cognitive, behavioral and problem solving and soul injury techniques.

Clients feel supported, empowered and heard. I focus on self-identification of all aspects of who we are, including the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions so that personalized goals can be created and achieved.
