Welcome! My career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has afforded me the privilege of working with adolescents and adults for over 25 years. I come from a compassionate approach and have a real curiosity for understanding people’s struggles and helping them create the change that's necessary to lead the life they want to live. I meet my clients where they are and help them get to where they want to be.
My areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, relationship issues and navigating the challenges of divorce/separation. I work with clients who may be feeling isolated, overwhelmed in social situations, uncertain about important decisions, unmotivated, or struggling in their relationships. You may also be experiencing persistent sadness, worry, or a sense of panic or uneasiness about what lies ahead.
Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting changes that support greater balance and well-being.
Our first sessions will focus on understanding the struggles you are having and how they impact your well-being. I will tailor my approach to you as an individual and focus on techniques that will help you navigate through those difficulties more successfully, help you feel more relaxed, challenge negative thought patterns, and organize self-care.
