Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have a genuine interest in helping people and truly enjoy working with adolescents and adults. My career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has afforded me the privilege of working with adolescents and adults for 25 years. I come from a compassionate approach and have a real curiosity for understanding people’s struggles. I meet my clients where they are and help them get to where they want to be

My approach to therapy

My areas of clinical focus are anxiety, depression, and issues pertaining to divorce or separation. I work well with clients who exhibit behaviors such as feelings of isolation, feeling socially overwhelmed, struggling with disturbed sleep patterns, trouble concentrating or making decisions, lack of motivation, relationship difficulties, persistent sadness and having a sense of panic or doom. Together we will explore your challenges with curiosity and non-judgement. Our goal will be to learn healthy coping that lead to lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first sessions will focus on understanding the struggles you are having and how they impact your well-being. I will tailor my approach to you as an individual and focus on techniques that will help you navigate through those difficulties more successfully, help you feel more relaxed, challenge negative thought patterns, and organize self-care. If you feel like I may be the right fit for you, I encourage you to reach out. It would be my privilege to help guide and support you.
